All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received.

Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this condition. -
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done via phone, email, or our booking platform. -
Client Readiness & Accessibility
Clients must ensure they are present and prepared at the agreed location and time. If the therapist cannot access the premises or the client is unavailable, the session will be marked as a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be offered. -
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or injuries prior to the session. The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe to proceed, without a refund.
